The digital transformation of business organizational operational models has radically transformed how we do business as well as posing new demands on leadership curriculum reform in business schools. Based on theoretical framework of critical pedagogy, this paper explores reconstruction of leadership curriculum in business schools under context of digital transformation, and analyzes key challenges faced by leadership education, including curriculum objectives, teacher-student relationships, knowledge production and value orientation. In addition, this paper proposes optimization strategies from perspectives of curriculum objective design, digitally mediated teaching relationships, integration of reflective practice and experiential learning, and curriculum evaluation system, which aims to promote deep integration of digital technology empowerment and value education, thereby cultivating future business leaders with digital literacy, critical thinking and strong sense of social responsibility, while also providing theoretical insights for innovation of leadership education in business schools.
