This paper presents an integrated private domain operation platform designed for new energy vehicle manufacturers, covering four core modules: potential customer acquisition, marketing outreach, refined operations and maintenance, and data review. The platform integrates automotive-specific features such as social media traffic generation, referral-based viral growth, AI-powered automated marketing, and multi-dimensional user tagging and profiling. By connecting diverse customer acquisition channels, it enables tiered user management and a closed-loop operational cycle. The platform effectively accumulates brand-owned user assets, reduces customer acquisition costs, and improves conversion efficiency, providing a practical technical framework and theoretical foundation for automakers' private domain development and dealer performance evaluation.
