Abstract

Against the backdrop of rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has profoundly changed the development model of the tourism industry, bringing new opportunities while posing many challenges. From theoretical and practical perspectives, this paper analyzes the role of technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence in resource integration, service optimization and business model innovation. The research shows that digital transformation can accurately grasp tourists' needs, optimize resource allocation, improve service experience and operational efficiency, and help ecological protection and cultural inheritance, promoting the sustainable development of the tourism industry. However, problems such as data security, digital divide and technological dependence have become increasingly prominent. Based on this, this paper puts forward countermeasures from the perspectives of improving laws and regulations, strengthening infrastructure construction and cultivating interdisciplinary talents, so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of the tourism industry.
